Per HOA Rules, guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent. Parking: All guests must register their vehicles upon arrival using a QR code posted on the property. Automobile: $23.33 per stay (up to 30 days - max 2). Motorcycle: $11.85 per stay (up to 30 days). Boat/Trailer Parking & Boat Dock Access: $287.62 per stay (up to 30 days). Authorization from STS Management is required before arrival. (Price is subject to change without prior notice). PER HOA, NO TRAILERS ALLOWED EVEN DURING BIKE WEEK. IF YOU HAVE SEVERAL MOTORCYCLES, THEY ASK YOU TO SHARE A PARKING SPACE IF POSSIBLE.
