If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select "30A South Walton," then select "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs; it will be listed on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear, as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach. *One vehicle Max - no exceptions No golf carts allowed on the property INTERNET DISCLAIMER: All of our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service available within their respective areas, and we utilize routers that allow us to monitor their status remotely. If internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do other than wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider. There will be no compensation to guests if internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and the internet is crucial to your visit, we recommend bringing your own hotspot.
