And there's plenty of seating to choose from, between the dining table, the beds, and the living room furnishings. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, all guests must register at the HOA office to receive their parking pass. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The cost of it is $30, and they accept credit card and cash(no debit card)
