Good to know: Check-in is 4:00 PM CT. On spring break and major holidays it moves to 5:00 PM CT. Checkout is 10:00 AM CT. The sleep count includes children and infants. The booking guest must be at least 18. One parking pass is included in the $27 registration fee; passes are issued at the front desk. Up to 3 vehicles per unit — each additional pass is $27, subject to availability (on busy days the lot can fill). Register when you arrive, or the car can be towed. The resort can change the fee.

This gorgeous 2-bedroom, gulf-front condo, which sleeps 6, looks out directly onto the sugar sands and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the Beach Service, included with this rental. Sip your morning coffee as you watch wildlife on the beach, and return for cocktails to watch the sunset reflected in the crystal water. The condo itself features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each featuring a flat-screen TV, and free wifi. Amenities include 2 large swimming pools (one heated in winter) and 2 hot tubs. The poolside deck features plenty of lounge chairs and a Tiki Bar.
What's Nearby: Summit Beach Resort is just a few minutes from numerous restaurants. Hammer Head Fred's is right across the street, located right next door to PCB's newest attraction, Toosties! Many others are less than a 10-minute walk or a short drive away. Family-friendly attractions such as Wonderworks and Shipwreck Island Water Park are within 5 miles, as are multiple beach supply stores, including Alvin's Island and Sunsations. Less than five miles away at Saint Andrew's State Park, you can catch the Shuttle boat to Shell Island, or enjoy hiking, picnicking, fishing, playground facilities, and more. Via direct beach access, you will find activities such as beach volleyball, parasailing, and much more!
