Summit Beach Resort is a Gulf-front high-rise on Thomas Drive, with two large pools, hot tubs, and direct beach access. You are closer to St. Andrews State Park than to Pier Park.
The kitchen is in the unit, so you can cook. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Step out to a private balcony for a Gulf view. The resort hot tub is shared.
Good to know: Check-in is 4:00 PM CT. On spring break, major holidays, and weekends it moves to 5:00 PM CT. Checkout is 10:00 AM CT. The sleep count includes children and infants. The booking guest must be at least 18. One parking pass is included in the $27 registration fee; passes are issued at the front desk. Up to 3 vehicles per unit — each additional pass is $27, subject to availability (on busy days the lot can fill). Register when you arrive, or the car can be towed. The resort can change the fee.
