Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, you will be close by to all the best restaurants and attractions. Only a 5-minute drive from WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, mini-golf, and more! If you want to stay close to home, you can walk to the pool for a quick dip, go eat at the famous Pineapple Willey's, or use the on-site beach access to feel the sugary sand beneath your toes. However you choose to spend your beach vacation, this home away from home will suit all of your needs!
***IMPORTANT**** You must be at least 25 years of age to book and check in. The unit accommodates only 4 people (including children of all ages) per HOA regulations. If you have more people, you cannot check-in, and your money will not be refunded. ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive their parking pass (Only 1 per Condo from March through Sept) and wristbands. The cost of the parking pass is $30, and the wristbands are $6 each + tax (subject to change without notice)
