The booking guest must be at least 25. Parking is $40 per vehicle per stay; passes are issued at the front desk. Up to 2 vehicles per unit — each additional pass is $40. Register when you arrive, or the car can be towed. The resort can change the fee. This resort is in a restoration project (9/14/26 through 2/19/27). Expect daytime noise, roughly 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pools and balconies may be closed during the work. Dates can change. Book only if that works for your trip.

By continuing with your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of construction activity during your stay. - Pools and balconies will be closed as needed. (NO BALCONY ACCESS FOR THIS UNIT 10/19 -11/29 dates are subject to change) - During East Tower work, the East Pool, Lazy River, and Kiddie Pad will be closed. However, the West Pool, Hot Tub, and Splash Pad will remain open. - During West Tower work, the West Pool, Hot Tub, and Splash Pad will be closed while the East Pool, Lazy River, and Kiddie Pad will be open.
