Parking is paid and handled with the resort at check-in. Get the pass before you leave the car overnight. During peak holiday weeks the resort may limit you to one parking pass. Check your dates.

The 13th floor walkways are scheduled to be painted 11/23-11/30 (dates are subject to change). From November 11, 2026, through December 27, 2026 (dates are subject to change without prior notice), all on-site pools and direct beach access from the property will be CLOSED. During this period, guests will need to use the public beach access located on either side of the building to access the beach. This closure is mandated by the Fire Marshal and is outside of our control. By booking a stay during these dates, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions. No refunds, discounts, credits, or other compensation will be provided due to the pool closure, beach-access closure, related construction, noise, or inconvenience. This work is outside of our control and may result in daytime noise, equipment activity, workers in common areas, or temporary inconveniences., Entry to the unit may need to be requested during your stay. Ocean Villa is also just a short drive away from Pier Park, which offers plenty of dining, shopping, and amusement experiences.
